Fit180 was started in 2008 with a desire to come alongside athletes to help them achieve their fitness goals whether that was staying active or bringing their talent on the track and trails to the next level.

As Fit180 continues this mission, we have grown the program size, coaching staff and the desire to come alongside and support youth athletes. We have seen first hand the importance of providing youth with an encouraging supportive atmosphere where they have a healthy, safe place to grow not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and socially. Our growing staff are all professionally certified coaches that have both a passion for endurance running as well as mentoring and supporting youth athletes. Fit180 programs have grown through Union County and expanded into Mecklenburg County and range from conditioning programs to highly competitive Junior Olympic Programs.

We are accomplishing our goal by modeling and teaching the discipline of our sport as well as sportsmanship, respect, and healthy habits to create well-rounded successful athletes that will excel in their sport and life.
