Fun & Competitive XC Team Training
Our Fall Cross Country programs consist of long distance running; 3K at the middle school level. Runners compete and train on a variety of terrains; trails, field, track and sometimes lots of mud! Training consist of endurance running, speed drills, form drills, core strengthening, stretching, race strategy, nutrition, and mental awareness.
Our Elementary Cross Country Program is the perfect program to introduce your young athlete to the sport of endurance running. We provide structured training in a fun and competitive team atmosphere.
