Gear: $40 for Jersey- (Athletes provide their own Black Running Shorts) **please register and order uniform by May 1st to guarantee uniform come in by our first meet. Each athlete will receive a free team t-shirt as well.

Our 7 week track program is for athletes 3rd-8th grade looking to develop their endurance, speed and power on the track. We meet athletes where they’re at and bring them to the next level. We do this in a structured, challenging atmosphere that’s age appropriate, encouraging and fun.
Start Date: May 11- June 24
- No Field Events at this time
- Practice Days: Monday/ Wednesday/ Thursday
- Practice Location: Charlotte Latin Track
- Practice Time: 5:30-7:00 pm
- Includes both distance and sprint training.
- Our Goal is to provide 3-4 race opportunities for our athletes.
Additional Information
The Summer Track Series Meets are for All Athletes of all abilities. Fit180 will attend The Summer Track Series meets as a team with team warm-up and coaches support. (Parents are responsible for online registration for these meets)

- June 3, 10, 17, and 24 – Summer Track Series hosted by Crown Collective on Wednesday Evening. @ Providence Day Track / $12.69 per meet or $39.44 for all 4 meets.
- They also have a free kids 100m dash at each meet for any future runners!

- June 18-21- Adidas Middle School Outdoor Nationals at NC A&T Stadium, Greensboro NC, $50 per athlete
AAU MEETS: AAU meets require AAU memberships ($22). Each meet has an estimated $25-$30 entry fee per meet/ per event.
*2026 Meet Dates/Locations are still TBD, nationals will be in Des Moines, Iowa*
