COST: $75 for one week, $130 for 2-week bundle

Looking for something to bridge the gap and keep you in shape between Track and Cross Country?  Our Summer Conditioning sessions will give you structure and accountability that will keep you on track while having fun!  Each session is a week long and are designed to build a strong aerobic, strength and core base going into Fall.

Session 1: Week of July 6-12

  • Practice Days: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
  • Practice Location: Marvin Efird Park
  • Practice Time: 8:05 – 9:20 am

Session 2: Week of July 20-26

  • Practice Days: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
  • Practice Location: Marvin Efird Park
